HOW TO BEGIN

When you have had a look at the photos and short descriptions of some of the venues we are offering, send us an email explaining what kind of ceremony and style of venue you are looking for, as well as the month or exact date of your planned wedding, and an approximate number of guests. We will write you back and give you some options to start with. Send your enquiries to: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. To be able to arrange the legal translation and register you for the wedding, we will need your documents – see DOCUMENTS FOR WEDDING below – a minimum of three weeks before the wedding. Your arrival should be planned for at least 3 full working days before the wedding day so that certain formalities such as a visit to the foreign police can be fulfilled. In addition, this allows time for the possibility of a rehearsal.

DOCUMENTS FOR WEDDING

Documents you will need:

  1. Birth Certificate (or a legalized copy) with the “apostille” legalization
  2. Absence of Impediments to Marry documents (or a statement from your government authority that your country does not issue such document) with an apostille
  3. Copies of passports – pages showing “valid until” and names…

Additional documents:

In the case of a widowed person: the death certificate of the dead husband or wife – (or a notarized copy) with an apostille. In the case of a divorced person: the divorce verdict – (or a notarized copy) with an apostille.

After your arrival in the Czech Republic:
Document proving identity (travel document). Czech foreign police document (arranged with the help of your wedding coordinator).

After the wedding, your marriage certificate will be translated and mailed to you.
